Dive into the world of R&R! Light, methodical pressure helps to lower blood pressure, reduces stress within the body, and improves circulation and sleep quality.
Unlike therapeutic or deep tissue massage, a relaxation massage is not meant to address long-term pain or chronic issues. It is about comfort, relaxation, and well-being.

Therapeutic (or deep tissue) massage is designed to help specific issues within the muscles of the body. It reduces chronic muscle tension, supports recovery from injury or surgery, and can correct imbalances that lead to pain and discomfort.
Therapeutic massage is goal-oriented and typically used as part of a broader treatment plan which may include postural and strengthening exercises.

Smooth stones are heated and applied to the body to enhance the effects of relaxation massage therapy.
The heat from the stones helps the muscles loosen up very quickly, promotes improved circulation, and reduces stress and stiffness.

Address your jaw pain, clicking, headaches, dysfunction, and more. Perfect if you clench or grind your teeth and wake up with headaches or fatigue. This specialized treatment is solely intraoral, facial, and anterior/posterior neck massage treatment. You can expect less lymphatic congestion in your face and neck, as well as reduced pain and tension in your jaw and scalp. Please note there are two options available for this treatment - one with skincare, and one without. Either way, do not wear makeup. Even in the non-skincare treatment, there is one facial cleanse and two steam treatments.
All of our massage therapists are registered with NHPC. We are able to direct bill many insurance companies, including Canada Life, GMS, Chamber of Commerce, and others.
